The story about Almarouf Kashmir has been one of constant improvement with the core service being plumbing and year on year growth since its inception in 1990’s, with returning customers accounting for the majority of the more than 1000 jobs completed so far.
In 2021, establishing Kashmir-Based On-Call 24/7, 365 days a year. A multi-skilled, multi-trade workforce, providing both domestic and commercial customers an unequalled response.

Almarouf provides a 24 hour service with a 1 day response for emergencies and a 12 month guarantee on most workmanship. Our transparent charging system is monitored on a regular basis to ensure our rates are always competitive.

What should I do if I get a water leak?
To help minimise water damage to your property, it is advised to turn off your mains water supply at the stopcock. This is usually located under the kitchen sink.
How quickly can you get to me?
In an emergency we aim to be with you within the hour subject to availability.
Do you charge a call out fee?
No, we do not charge a call out fee. We charge a 1 hour minimum and then in 15 minute units.
How quickly can you repair our damaged door?
Our carpenters are available 24 hours, 7 days a week and can be with you within one hour for emergencies – subject to availability.
Is your work guaranteed?
Yes, we provide a 12 month guarantee against faulty workmanship (this excludes drainage work).
Will I need to pay for an estimate?
Generally no, although this can depend on factors like the type of work involved, the time and the location of the appointment. If you choose to proceed with the work any estimate charges will be taken into consideration in the pricing of the work.
